Since 1962, one of the most basic goals of our company is to provide our customers and employees with a safe and stable environment to shop and work. The current COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak presents challenges that we’ve never experienced, however, we are up to the challenge. We are strictly following the CDC guidelines in order to ensure safe shopping for you and our employees. Some of the measures we are taking include, but are not limited to: disinfecting our showroom’s high-touch hard surfaces often, deploying additional anti-bacterial hand sanitizers within the store, educating our staff on COVID-19 symptoms, as well as preventative measures, instructing employees to wash their hands repeatedly throughout the day. You can be confident that we will remain in close contact with governmental health agencies as we take the necessary precautions and continually monitor the situation. Due to the increased time spent in your home, we want to make sure we are able to offer you products to improve the quality and comfort of your space. STORE VISITS
Stores will remain open for in-person shopping Monday thru Saturday and retain normal business hours on those days. Stores will continue to be closed on Sundays. Following the governors executive order, we have reduced the amount of staff at each store. To maintain a safe shopping environment, store displays, workstations and common areas will continue to be wiped down regularly. Finally, the number of shoppers in our stores rarely reaches the 10-person threshold recommended by CDC, but appointments are available for those who prefer to shop before or after hours.

We will continue deliveries until further notice. Our supervisors will be monitoring all teams closely to ensure anyone exhibiting signs of illness are removed from deliveries and immediately sent home. Delivery and installation teams will be wearing gloves and will work expeditiously in your home. Additionally, they’ll be using hand sanitizer and will wipe down surfaces to leave a clean environment upon completion. Outdoor drop off will also be available for those interested.
WHY OUR STORES AND DELIVERIES STILL OPERATIONAL
We understand that we are experiencing very trying times in our country. Having functional washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges and other home appliances are essential to maintaining proper social distancing and cleanliness. As such, we will continue to provide the products that help you preserve food and medicine, clean dishes and clothing, and cook meals as long as it is permissible in accordance with state and local guidelines and mandates.
While our in-store teams will continue to take every precaution to ensure you have a safe shopping experience, we encourage all customers to call ahead and take advantage of our shopper-friendly website and newly added live chat services to determine the best products for your needs before visiting a physical location. This will ensure a quicker, more efficient shopping experience at the store and could negate the need to visit the showroom in the first place if you’re able to decide on a purchase remotely.
